Arnell Davis is a seasoned senior leader known for her adeptness in translating business and digital strategy into tangible outcomes. With a distinctive ability to intertwine vision, culture, technology, and information, Arnell serves as the Senior Director of CSL I&T, spearheading the delivery of technology solutions that drive business success and align with CSL’s short and long-term objectives.
Prior to her role at CSL, Arnell held the position of Senior Director at Bristol Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals, where she served as the Head of the Enterprise Service Center. In this capacity, she oversaw the delivery of global end-user support, ensuring seamless operations across the organization. Arnell’s tenure at Bristol Myers Squibb also included various leadership roles, during which she established standardized global support processes and effectively managed both internal and external service delivery entities.
Arnell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Human Resource Management, leveraging her educational background to inform her strategic leadership approach. Outside of her professional endeavors, Arnell finds joy in traveling and cherishing moments with her husband, family, and especially her granddaughter, eagerly embracing her role as Nana.
