By the age of thirty-six, Monica became the youngest sitting circuit court judge in Tampa, Florida. She later began a missionary career in Israel, followed by eight years in New England and New York City where she became licensed to practice law in Connecticut, while she raised her daughter and authored a work to inspire women, Beautifully Prepared: Restoring the Magnificence of Your Purpose. Monica returned to her hometown of Tampa in 2016, where she now practices law with a focus on real estate transactions, as well as estate planning.
